Altschuler Concedes, GOP House Gains Stick At 63

Rep. Tim Bishop, D-N.Y., won his re-election cliffhanger, as GOP candidate Randy Altschuler conceded.(Courtesy of Tim Bishop)

Altschuler may be up for a rematch, however, as he drops hints about his future in his statement. "I intend to play an active role in building the Republican and Conservative Party voices in both Suffolk County and New York State."
