Collins Files RNC Paperwork

Anuzis has not filed forms with the IRS or the FEC, and there is no requirement that anyone running for RNC chairman do so. In 2009, among the six candidates who mounted serious campaigns, only Michael Steele created a committee dedicated to winning the job.
