Vice Presidential Pick? Don't Look At Jeb Bush

It's unlikely that anyone in the Capitol needs to be reminded why Jeb Bush isn't on anyone's list, long or short, to be Mitt Romney's running mate. Rep. Chris Van Hollen decided Friday to do it anyway.
Bush was in D.C. testifying before a House Budget Committee - and its chairman, Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan - on how the country can reinvigorate its economy. But before Bush could speak, Van Hollen laid into him. The Maryland Democrat was surprised, he said while addressing Bush directly, that the onetime governor was speaking out now about the economy after staying conspicuously silent during his brother's eight-year term in office.
