Former GOP presidential candidate and Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann called for increased scrutiny of Obama's foreign policy positions, which she described as "his worst act as president."

Speaking on CNN's State of the Union, Bachmann said that one of Obama's most lauded accomplishments on the international stage—the killing of Osama Bin Laden—was merely a "tactical success."

"His strategic blunder is putting distance between the United States and Israel,” she said. That has a far incalculable level of detriment to the United States and our safety."

Bachmann said that Obama's foreign policy choices have not been scrutinized as closely as they should be, implying this could be an area where the eventual GOP nominee could hit Obama come fall.
