Biography

A native of New Orleans, Terrence Lockett earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Southern University in Baton Rouge in Speech Language Pathology. He's a member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and worked as a Speech Therapist for the East Baton Rouge Parish School System before joining Senator Landrieu's staff.
