The Washington Times approached Rep. David Wu, D-Ore., on Wednesday to ask him why he is waiting to resign from office until after the debt ceiling vote. Wu, who is facing ethics charges for allegedly having "aggressive and unwanted" sex with a young woman, said that he's delaying his resignation because there's a "very important national issue going on."
