Romney Wins Oregon and Nebraska Primaries

Mitt Romney won the Oregon and Nebraska primaries Tuesday night, inching ever closer to securing the needed delegates to claim the Republican nomination.

The Associated Press reported that Romney was expected to take most of the 25 delegates at stake in Oregon. In Nebraska, Romney won what amounted to a beauty contest -- the state's 32 delegates will be selected at a state convention in July.

Romney entered Tuesday needing 171 delegates to secure the nomination. He's expected to clinch it by the end of the month.
