GOP vs. Dems: Who Had the Best Convention Flair?

Thousands of people from across the country showed up in Tampa and Charlotte during the past two weeks to nominate their respective parties' candidates for the presidency. Now that the conventions are over, one question that would otherwise go unanswered is which party had the best flair ... unanswered, that is, until now.
